Help

"She is dedicated to her job, providing first class 24 hour care for my 90 year old father with dementia"

We can provide Personal Carers in the short term as well as in the long term.
For example, we can provide help for a few weeks to assist with recovery after illness or surgery, or for a few days to provide holiday cover or respite for Carers already supporting the Client.

We offer two levels of care to our Clients, and we discuss and agree with Clients which level they are most suited to before any Personal Carer is selected or introduced. The level of care that we agree will depend on a Client’s own individual requirements.

For Clients requiring long-term, continuous live-in care, we will endeavour to create a stable rota of regularly returning Personal Carers to whom you will become familiar.

We are more than happy to discuss your care needs at any time that is convenient to you, please feel free to call us 7 days a week on 01403 710119 or 01403 878 043 or email us at info@otusliveincare.co.uk.

Alternatively feel free to complete our registration questionnaire on the Contact us page and we will contact you to discuss you or your loved one's requirements.

"Thank you for introducing us to her, she has been very caring, totally honest and she will be an asset wherever she goes next"

Live in Care Extra

"She has been outstanding during my husband's illness"

For those Clients who require a greater degree of personal care in order to remain in their own homes. They may require some or full assistance with mobility including the use of a hoist. Assistance with bathing, washing and dressing including help getting into and out of the bath or shower. Continence care and help with toileting including the emptying of commodes or catheters. This can be due to terminal illness, stroke and more advanced Parkinson's or Alzheimer's disease.

The Carers we introduce in this category will always have specialist training and experience with these types of  issues, including experience with dementia. The type of care required in this category is carefully agreed with the Client or their representative prior to any introduction being made.

Every carer we introduce is interviewed personally by our Managing Director and CRB police checked. We check all references provided and ensure that all necessary training is current and valid. In addition each carer is required to hold current Personal Carer insurance.
